Dark Chocolate In Singapore, From 55% To 100% Cacao

We make our dark chocolate in Singapore at 55%, 70%, 90% and 100% cacao, and the reason to move up the range is flavour rather than endurance. The percentage tells you how much cacao is in the bar. What it cannot tell you is how the bar tastes, and that is the part we spend our time on.

The dark cacao range

SFB006-Dark-55 (2)

55% cacao

The everyday bar. Dark enough to taste of cacao, mild enough to eat a whole row without thinking about it.

SFB035-Dark70 (1)

70% cacao

The one most people settle on. Enough bitterness to balance the sweetness, which is why it works so well as a gift for someone whose taste you do not know precisely.

SFB032-Dark90 (1)

90% cacao

Noticeably drier and more intense. Cacao, a little acidity, very little else.

SDB040-Dark100 (1)

100% cacao

No sugar at all, because there is nothing in it but cacao. It is the most intense bar we make.

Our pure dark bars are vegan, containing no dairy. The higher percentages naturally carry less sugar and several bars are made with no sugar added, with selected products carrying the Healthier Choice Symbol.

Chocolate truffles, made fresh

The fresh chocolate range is made fresh and sold by the piece, which is the closest thing we do to a patisserie counter. Pure Dark Imp and Dark Nature are the dark-forward pieces; Hazelnut Harmony, Almond Admirer and Arabica Kopi sit alongside them.

There is a Fresh Chocolate Truffle Box if you would rather not choose, and because these are made fresh they should be eaten within two weeks.

Fresh Chocolate Truffle Box

Price range: $35.00 through $180.00

Assorted boxes and white chocolate

If you want range rather than a single bar, the assorted and pick-and-mix boxes cover 2 to 25 pieces, and you choose what goes in. The coated range adds dark chocolate almonds, macadamias and marshmallows.

On white chocolate we are deliberately narrow. It appears in the coated and fresh ranges, in pieces like Strawberry Yogurt macadamias and Milky Pixie, rather than as a standalone bar range.

Orders are delivered islandwide, with your preferred date chosen at checkout, or you are welcome to collect at the Chinatown cafe.

Made here in Singapore

CHOCOELF has been crafting artisanal chocolate in Singapore from 2005. Producing everything ourselves is what lets us run a 100% bar and a kaya bar out of the same facility, and it is why the fresh range can exist at all. If you are not sure where to start, the 70% is the one we would hand you first.
