IMPORTANT NOTE:
– If you are choosing a mix of Bakeskin and Snowskin Mooncakes, it is highly recommended to place the
Snowskin Mooncakes separately in the freezer upon receiving the items.
– Sweetness in our mooncakes come from a blend of natural sweeteners including stevia, maltitol and erythritol which are naturally found in plant leaves, wheat and corn.
– Our mooncakes are not halal-certified. They do not contain pork, lard or alcohol.
– Our products are manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, nuts and soy.
– Bakeskin mooncakes contain egg wash on the mooncake skin. Not suitable for vegetarians
who cannot eat eggs.
– Snowskin mooncakes with fillings contain dairy cream. Not suitable for vegetarians who
cannot eat dairy products.
– Maximum shelf life: Up to 2 weeks after the mooncake festival (refer to actual mooncake packaging for accuracy).
– Bakeskin mooncake is best kept at room temperature away from heat. Consume before expiry and within 3 days after mooncake bag has been unsealed.
– Snowskin mooncake is best kept in freezer at -12OC within 1-2 hour of purchase. Before serving, defrost in the refrigerator and consume immediately after. Do not refreeze the mooncakes.
– Chocolateskin mooncake is best kept in the refrigerator or wine chiller within 2-3 hour of purchase. Consume before expiry and within 3 days after mooncake bag has been unsealed.
– Our mooncakes are freshly made with no preservatives. They are best consumed on the same day of purchase. Please note that CHOCOELF accepts no responsibility for the mooncakes once they are removed from our premises.
