Try Chocoelf’s Not-so-Traditional sugar-free baked skin mooncakes which are made using a sugarless recipe. Sugar-free white lotus paste is used in combination with roasted nuts and seeds. Our special Soy Yolks are delicately prepared from soya beans to give you wonderful tasting mooncakes with 0-Percent Sugar and 0-Percent Cholesterol. Eat Better. Choose healthy. Choose Sugar-Free. This mooncake is awarded the symbol of Healthier Choice for having 100-Percent Less Sugar and 25-Percent Less Saturated Fat compared to regular mooncakes.

Important Note:

• Sweetness in our mooncakes come from a blend of natural sweeteners including stevia, maltitol and erythritol which are naturally found in plant leaves, wheat and corn.
• Our mooncakes are not halal-certified. They do not contain pork, lard or alcohol.
• Our products are manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, nuts and soy.
• Bakeskin mooncakes contain egg wash on the mooncake skin. Not suitable for vegetarians who cannot eat eggs.
• Snowskin mooncakes with fillings contain dairy cream. Not suitable for vegetarians who cannot eat dairy products.
• Maximum shelf life: Up to 2 weeks after the mooncake festival (refer to actual mooncake packaging for accuracy).
• Bakeskin mooncake is best kept at room temperature away from heat. Consume before expiry and within 3 days after mooncake bag has been unsealed.
• Snowskin mooncake is best kept in freezer at -12^OC within 1-2 hour of purchase. Before serving, defrost in the refrigerator and consume immediately after. Do not refreeze the mooncakes.
• Chocolateskin mooncake is best kept in the refrigerator or wine chiller within 2-3 hour of purchase. Consume before expiry and within 3 days after mooncake bag has been unsealed.
• Our mooncakes are freshly made with no preservatives. They are best consumed on the same day of purchase. Please note that CHOCOELF accepts no responsibility for the mooncakes once they are removed from our premises.
